Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Courses 

 

At Exciton Learning, our courses are live, instructor-led, and intentionally small to ensure a high-quality, personalized experience. Each class builds on the last, and consistent participation is key to student success. For this reason, we ask that families carefully review their schedules before booking to ensure students can attend all sessions.

 

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full refunds are available if requested at least 7 days before the course start date.

  • 50% refunds may be granted if requested within 7 days of the course start date, but before the first session begins.

  • No refunds will be issued once the first live session has taken place.

 

We are unable to offer prorated refunds for missed sessions. If a student needs to withdraw for an exceptional reason (such as a documented medical issue), please reach out; we’ll do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.

 

Make-up classes are not guaranteed, and students who miss a session may be asked to catch up independently using shared class materials and resources.

Refund Policy for Mentoring & Tutoring Sessions

 

For Sessions Billed After Delivery

At Exciton Learning, we strive to provide exceptional one-on-one support tailored to each student's goals. Because mentoring and tutoring sessions are billed after completion, we maintain the following policy to ensure fairness and accountability.

Session Billing

  • Sessions are billed after delivery, based on the actual time spent with the student.

  • Invoices are sent weekly (or at a frequency agreed upon in advance).

  • Payment is expected within 7 days of invoice receipt, unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Full Refund: Available if a session is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled, with at least 24 hours’ notice, pending instructor availability.

  • Rescheduled sessions must take place within 14 days of the original appointment.

 

Instructor Cancellations

  • If Exciton Learning must cancel or reschedule a session, students will be offered the choice of:

    • A full refund, or

    • A complimentary rescheduling at a mutually convenient time.

 

Technical Issues

  • If technical difficulties on our end prevent the session from proceeding, we will reschedule or refund in full.

  • If student-side technical issues disrupt the session, we will make a good-faith effort to reschedule once, but no refund is guaranteed.
